Guns play a major role in crime today. People can get their hands on firearms easily. Either with the gun show loop or buying them from a gun supply store. There are also multiple unregistered guns being used. There is a theory that if more people carried a firearm then they could end mass shootings before they get too serious. There are also very little regulations with owning a gun. The country is on opposite planets when it comes to gun ownership, some want more regulations.
