Why Do Bartenders Go Wrong

I believe that bartenders, and social hostess, and etc. should be held liable to for the death or injury of another person do the level of intoxication for someone he or she served alcohol beverage to at the bar. At a bar we all can notice the group of people that are getting to the point of no return when it comes to alcohol. We all tend to notice the guy who is stumbling or walking up to a female and trying to talk to them with throw up coming down their face, Or the guy who thinks he’s a famous break dancer on the floor acting a fool. There is one person who can see this all beforehand and that is the bartender. Not only do they see it they see the evolution from sober to intoxicate. They are the ones allowing an individual get to that point where they can’t think or care for themselves. At some point the bartender for example should have said sorry man this is where you are cut off or can someone find this guy his party so he can go home. Bartenders should be able to keep track of those who are purchasing drinks. Also bartenders should communicate with security or other employees about certain people who may be at that level of intoxication. For example bartenders should be able to notify security when someone is starting to get to that level of intoxication or if they notice that a party has been pounding shot after shot trying to leave. This can help security to stop the party from driving while intoxication or be able to identify who in that group can take care of the group. If bartenders don’t communicate with everyone else, that can cause the party to get behind the wheel and drive putting everyone on the road in danger, not just any danger but danger that can lead to someone’s
