I think that athletes should get paid more than soldiers , because soldiers that do not go on the field and fight get paid more than the soldiers that do be on the field . Let me say that I support the military. Their job is very dangerous, and they sacrifice much so that we can live free. We pay each active duty soldier the same as the poorest football player gets , that would be an total of 579 billion dollars. Military personnel, however, are signing up for a career with the government and receive a wonderful benefits package and fair pair, plus other perks. Yet, they are not quite as rare as athletes, so no, I do not believe they should be paid more, because it's two totally different fields of work. Sport players should get paid more
