Planned Parenthood Planned parenthood seems to be a hot topic these days in the political sphere due to the fact that they are almost always associated with abortions. Even though they do provide abortions for women, they do a lot more than just that. Most people, like state legislatures, don’t realize that millions of women and people come to planned parenthood clinics every year for necessary check ups. Even though several state laws restrict the practices a clinic can do, planned parenthood clinics are incredibly important to many women and people in the nation. Ohio is the epitome of state laws restricting the safes space of women’s health.…

Do you believe in killing innocent babies? Most people believe that it is morally wrong; if men and women want to have unprotected sex then they should be held responsible. On the other hand people believe that women should have the right to choose because they could be a victim of incest and some young ladies are too young to bear children. Overall, Late-Term Abortions Should Be Banned presents the more effective argument based on, claim and reasons, evidence audience, and appeal.…

For example, most women in general did not want the baby to begin with. Like I had said, they took precautions by using some form of birth control in order to have a high chance of not getting pregnant. Even with the use of some form of birth control, they are sometimes defective and the woman may still end up pregnant. As to the objection that abortion is killing and thus morally wrong, I say that not all killings are morally wrong. For example, self-defense is justifiable as a means to defend yourself (191).…

If a female decides that she does not want to carry a pregnancy to term, that is her prerogative. It is a decision that will solely affect her life, so she she be the one to make it. Some women are raped, resulting in a pregnancy. Pro-Life advocates argue that the resulted fetus should not be aborted because it is innocent and aborting it will be punishment, however, they do not put into consideration the women’s emotional and mental state. Another reason women get abortions, is if there is something medically wrong with the fetus.…

One of the biggest problems I have with pro-life people are that they are not medically trained or lack advanced anatomy/physiology beyond basic high school biology. Because of this, they are spreading “facts” that may not actually be accurately supported by science. It’s like the blind leading the blind. Even though I am a kinesiology major myself, I learned and I am still learning about the human body although I thought that I knew it all. Since I am pro-choice, I think that abortion clinics should be regularly inspected by city/state health departments to ensure that women who choose abortions are getting them done in a safe, clean environment.…

Many have different reason to why they do, but either way it is wrong and it should not be legal. Throughout the years, the abortion rate has gone up severely. All of the abortions that happen can not just be from health issues or rape. A study shows that many abortions recently are just because the mother is not ready for a baby. “In 2010, more than half of all pregnancies were unintended in 28 states; in the remainder of the states, a minimum of 36% of pregnancies were unintended” (Wind, 1).…

Rich and Wagner (2016) argue state that in a 2004 survey on women who had abortions, 92% reported they had the procedure because of social reasons rather than medical reasons or sexual assault. The primary social reasons provided were “the timing being wrong for having a child, not being able to afford a baby, having relationship problems with the father, or not feeling mature enough to raise a child” (Rich and Wagner, 2016). Furthermore, abortion is used to escape responsibility and the consequences of a mistake. An unborn child should not be punished for the parent’s failure to realize the risk of pregnancy during sexual activity.…

Abortion can make someone’s life or break someone’s life. This is something that in my opinion is a very misinterpreted thing in such a way which is very wrong. I say this because people think that it’s the right thing to do if they know that they won’t be able to take care of the child. A lot of woman who experience unintended pregnancy undergo abortions also. Hospitals around America stopped providing the choice for a woman to have an abortion.…
