Have you ever thought how Disney became so popular nowadays? The Walt Disney Company, universally recognized as Disney, refers to an American company that has managed to broaden its horizons with respect to multinational mass media and the company also happens to be an entertainment. Walt Disney is headquartered at the Walt Disney Studios situated in Burbank, California. It is the globe’s second major media corporation in relation to revenue and is preceded by Comcast Company in the industry. Walt Disney was established on October 16, 1923 by two siblings Walt Disney and Roy O. The New York Mirror is an example of Walt Disney Company production that brought animation the love of newspaper readers. The New York Mirror published the Mickey Mouse funny strip with the permission of Walt Disney. In the name of animation, the most legendary works of animation that came after Mickey Mouse include Donald Duck, Minnie Mouse, Goofy, “The Little Mermaid”, “Little Red Riding Hood” “Jack and the Beanstalk”, “Beauty and the Beast” and a lot of fairy tales that have managed to keep children glued to television screens (Capodagli & Jackson 2013).
In a conclusion, Walt Disney is an animation genius that has managed to remain relevant all through the ages because of decent business-level and corporate-level strategies. The business level strategies of the company revolve around the production of high quality animation that grabs both adult and young audiences.
