Why Did Kenny's Parents Decide To Take A Family Trip To Birmingham

Kenny’s parents decide to take a family trip to Birmingham. This is because Byron, Kenny’s older brother, has been misbehaving and will stay there with his grandma during the summer. The family takes a long car ride in the Brown Boomer, their car. When they arrived they informed they grandma about important events that she didn't witness. They spent many days having fun with each other like going swimming and fishing. One day Kenney and heard screaming and shouting. He figured out that the church was bombed, the one where his sister was. He ran to the church and saw that the bombs caused destruction and hurt many people. Kenny then ran home and was traumatized by what he witnessed. He couldn’t stop crying and Byron had to cheer him up. After
