After reading this case study, It seems prevalent that throughout case 7 that the theme that stemmed from Martin’s frustration. It was from there that his frusteration hampered his performance as a counselor. From a beginning counselor having the difficulty to find clients to the slippery slope situation from HealthCo and making questionable decisions, Martin has had enough with everything that was happening to him. That is why it was best for him to consult with other experienced counselors or peer consultation group that may have a similar situation in which Martin could vent his frustration. That way it would have helped by providing him with guidance and direction regarding of handling the situation in an ethical manner.
