1914, the year the world fell into chaos. On August 3 1914 France and Germany went to war. Because their allies decided to declare war on each other. The reason being is the assassination of Archduke Franz Ferdinand who was killed by a Serbian nationalist. Who was apart of the group the Black Hand. By doing caused a huge war in which allies would link up in massive amounts of garrison and kill each other. But Germany made the worst any nation can make during wartime. They invaded neutral territory and made a two front war, and terrible lack of reserve troops. He has a two front was with the Russian armies on the East, and the French, British, and soon later Americans armies on the West. With his troops thinned out across the country it is hard to get supplies and men to where they are needed the most. The fighting was fierce and in the year of 1917 April 2nd America enters the war on the side of the allies. This caused the Western Front to be even stronger and push back the Germans into Germany. The Kaiser orders his men on the East to go into the West making the Eastern Front easier for the Russians to advance. With the loss of major lives and huge amounts of territory lost on both sides of the war. Germany was at its last will. With the Russians coming from the East and the Allied Powers of the West closing in on them. There was nothing Germany can do. In the end, The Kaiser of Germany Friedrich Wilhelm lost. And with it all of his territory and huge amounts of war debt. The treaty of Versi was signed forcing Germany to pay all of the war debt, take all the blame, and limited their armies so they never start a war again.
