In the tales of Beowulf, Beowulf exemplifies strength, courage, and bravery. Beowulf is the son of Healfdan the great king of the geets. Beowulf sailed from the great kingdom of Geetland to Herot. Beowulf offered to help the kingdom of Herot by fight the great and powerful Grendel. Grendel was a demon from hell. Grendel was attacking the Herot’s because he was in pain from the loud noises in the hall. They were playing harp’s and rejoicing various songs. Grendel went that night and attacked Herot hall. He went crazy, he slayed around thirty men. After slaughtering the men, he went back to his hellish cave.
Beowulf then came for the rescue of the herots. He traveled from his home of Geatland to herot. Beowulf came
