As an example, Anne is the only one that dies because of the Holocaust. Alexander is the only one known to see a dead body. Anne was sent to Auschwitz concentration camp and Alexander wasn’t sent to a camp. The last difference is that Alexander has to bury the dead, with other neighbors. The differences do not mean that one suffered more than the other. To emphasize, I have also had the experience of surviving. For example, everyday I have to survive school and life, all together at once. My survival is similar to theirs because each day we both have to find a way to stay alive, as long as possible. The difference is that they were faced with death and I am not in that situation. Anne and Alexander both might have suffered traumatic, physical and mental problems. In summary, survival is a well known struggle throughout the world and history. As shown, Alexander Kimel and Anne Frank were both Holocaust victims. They had a tough time trying to survive, along with other Jewish people. Surviving the Holocaust is an event no one would like to go through. The Holocaust incident is a traumatic experience and horrendous as well. The person trying to survive will have various difficulties. Rest in peace Anne frank, and other Holocaust
