The NFL players kneeling for the national anthem is not that big of a deal because it does not affect my life, they are standing up for what they believe in, and everyone has the right to their own actions and opinions. Kneeling for the national anthem, in some eyes, is very disrespectful because the national anthem is honoring those who have fought for our country. Although, in other people’s eyes, they believe that it is acceptable to kneel because of the police brutality in our country.
