All civilizations need certain things to be successful. And all of these things are essential to the continuation of the civilization for centuries to come.Some Civilizations last for centuries but some could only last for so long without the proper system. Civilizations all need a unified government, a strong standing military, and a great economy to be successful.
The government is very important in a civilization.The government makes sure that everything is fair and that justice is served for all.Some Civilizations might be equaled to different levels but they all have some type of law and system. They also put you in a class to be in sometimes, where your work or wealth is determined. Most early civilizations were built by a river or water source that could provide a great water source for the civilization. The military most of the time is for defence.But in the need in a big or small civilization the military might be used to enforce the laws. Every civilization helps needs military to insure that the civilization succeeds. Where they could protect water sources from other tribes and invaders ( using it at their defence and another way of protection ). In the Roman Civilization the military insured that the trade roads where reachable and traded on them roads, which goes hand and hand with the civilizations
