Children usually learn about social structure in social studies class of school because that knowledge is important to get good work for children. If children cannot go to school because of the work, they cannot get knowledge about the social structure. Therefore, working children’s skill to work is hard to improve without going to school because children do not have knowledge of the work. Also, they do not know what they should do. In addition, children should not think only about money and work. Children should get work when they become adults like older than 18 years at least because they do not have enough information about social work to work yet. Gertrude Folks Zimand who is the author of “Children Hurt at Work” says the constitution was enacted in New York children between the age of eight and fourteen have to attend school because that constitution helps education of child (544). Recently, we can see children workers at various workshops, but the social status at the workshop of children remains low. This fact may not change from now on either. The low social status of children torments children. One reason to torment children is because they do not get a reward appropriate to the work. For example, my father works from 15 years old to support the life of the family, the boss of father let father work overtime many times. However, when my father got a salary, the reward for the overtime work was not included. It means my father worked overtime without any charge. That is not good because usually people who work should get money which they worked. Low status people are forced to work many hours. In this way, children may have to do unfair labor by the result that a social position is low
