Why Cheering Is Great For Exercise

Even though people usually have different activities mine is cheering. Cheering is great for exercise. It is also excellent for socializing and communication. This sport can also help children get over being shy and afraid to speak to people.
First and foremost, cheering is great for exercise. Cheering is a very dangerous, but very active sport. This sport can help a very self conscious female or male feel very healthy. Cheering can help people that may have depression be happier because they can get awards for cheering, which can cause self confidence levels to rise.
In addition, cheering is also an excellent sport because it can help adults or adolescents socialize. Socializing is a great ordeal in our society, but cheering can help people socialize better. Some people have problems socializing so cheering would be a great experience to socialize more.

Shyness can cause people to lose chances in life, but cheering would help this problem. Cheering would help this problem because they would have to be in front a crowd of people.
In conclusion, cheering is great for all of these reasons and maybe more reasons. Adults and adolescents should try cheering because it would be great exercise, it would be excellent for socializing, and would also be superior for shyness. Not everyone is going to like the same sport as me, but these are the reasons people should try
