There is no doubt that execution is an extreme punishment for a crime. Today, it’s one of the most debated issues in the Criminal Justice System or the Capital Punishment (the death penalty). Capital punishment its use today and back in ancient times to punish certain crimes. Also the bible prescribes that death for murdered other crimes like kidnapping and witchcraft. The alternative to execution is to have a life in prison with no parole. Still most of the nation has the death penalty this law is governor state by state. This debate over capital punishment includes justice, religion and morality. The prosecutors should have the choice to use certain punishments to lower crime. Justice possibility served to fit the right crime .if the prisoner is on parole or escapes it can give them another chance to kill. The biggest reason why to keep the penalty to prevent more crimes from happing in the world. Nowadays the parole system is a big joke. It just doesn’t make sense to have someone in prison for a “life” sentence plus twenty more years. Prisons across the states have too many prisoners and not an enough space and supplies. The law states that prisoners must get a cell, food, clothing, extra guard time, and so on.
