Throughout life, people grow up wanting become a number of things such as an astronaut, a teacher, and perhaps maybe even a lawyer. However, I have always known throughout my thirteen years in life that I am going to go into the medical field. I aspire to become a prosperous or successful pediatrician. Specializing in pediatric intensive care that is. I have always wanted to make something out of my life, I have always wanted a successful life for me and with that being said, I have two prime reasons for wanting to become a pediatrician and these would be: when I was around five years old, I had experienced a drastic, life changing event. I know that this line of work is going to involve an immense amount of determination, hard work, and responsibility. Even though this is not the easiest job, it would be worth it to help kids with their health, even if it be the most meager amount, I would still be having a small impact on these kids lives. For right now, I plan on being an outstanding student in high school while striving for the best grades possible and also taking as many AP classes that I am able to take on. After I graduate high school, my goal is to apply and maybe even get accepted to the University of Michigan located in Ann Arbor, Michigan. If I were to get accepted to this phenomenal university, I would attend this college for roughly around four years to earn my bachelor’s degree. During these four years I will be expected to take higher-level amount of science classes along with other classes required for students before medical school. After I have earned my bachelor’s degree, it is essential that I apply for a medical school. If i do however get accepted into the medical school, I will be asked to take another four years to study my specialty which in this case would be pediatrics or the branch of medicine dealing with children and their
