Why do I deserve to be the recipient of the Martin Transport scholarship? I deserve to be the recipient of the Martin scholarship because I am an extremely motivated and committed student. Going to college is not an option for me, it is a requirement. College is a wonderful opportunity, and I plan to take advantage of this chance. I plan on becoming a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner for several reasons. I find great satisfaction in helping others and seeing people’s health improve. Being a Nurse Practitioner is hard work, but I want to help and reach out to people. People who are sick require love and patients should have nurses who make them feel loved. Being a Nurse Practitioner takes good communication skills along with a calm and caring nature.
