I have always had this strong desire to help others especially those in need who have children. As I have worked with children for several years, getting to see their smiles on their faces makes my day 100 times better because I know that I am helping them become better learners. I volunteer in teaching children how eating healthy and exercise has significant importance in life. I also work in teaching children how to swim and be safe in and around the water. These are some of the reasons why I want to be a Peace Corps Volunteer. This experience is a once in a lifetime opportunity that would help better me in the field that I would like to go into.
