I had braces when I was in the seventh grade and I also had a lot of people examining my teeth. However, unlike most of the stories about braces, I loved them. Everybody in the office made the whole process so much easier and more comfortable for my family and I. Realising at a young age I wasn't bothered by braces or the stretching, dental hygiene became my interest. I have had years of work on my teeth, a total of 3 years to be exact and I would never go back. I can relate to the people who are going to the dentist office and even the orthodontist office, and I would love to make others feel the same way as myself.

I want people to wake up knowing that today is a new day and we just have to take control of our lives and live. I don’t feel that becoming a dental hygienist would be a job, I personally believe that this is my passion.
