Some choose not to. They would rather sit on their couch with a bag of potato chips and watch a popular t.v. series. Then there are some people that just do not have the time to exercise. Everyone should make time out of their schedule to exercise. It is vital to someone 's life to exercise regularly. Is it really going to kill someone to break a sweat or miss the new episode of their favorite television show? Many people have a gym membership but never use it; those are usually the ones that complain about their weight. For the busy people, those thirty minutes they used sitting down relaxing, probably watching television, they could have taken a light jog around the block. Technology is another reason people do not exercise. They would rather be scrolling through their Facebook or taken selfies for Snapchat. Obesity is only caused by one’s fault. If people do not open their eyes and realize how much obesity is an issue, eventually everyone will end up obese. Everyone believes that obesity is okay, that every size is “beautiful”, but no one realizes the consequences that come with an unhealthy lifestyle. If one would exercise for a few minutes a day, they would probably live a more healthy and happier lifestyle. If families would have a dinner at their own dinner table, there would be a lower obesity rate. Also, if restaurants would just make healthier food less expensive, obesity would not be a problem.
