Why are deadlines even important? I'll tell you why. Deadlines are important because it can turn into a bad habit, it’s disrespectful to teachers, and it could affect your future career. Doing your homework and turning in papers before the deadline is a very big deal. The goal in life is to succeed and by doing that we need to turn in our work in on time before the deadline not after.
