Why are chocolate dipped strawberries so popular? Is it because of the taste or the presentation? The chocolate is certainly melted and prepared the exact way that makes chocolate dipped strawberries gorgeous. Tempering makes the quality of chocolate better because of a certain chemical arranging and modifying itself in such a way that makes the result of the tempered chocolate better.

Chocolate is a commonly eaten candy. There are three commonly known chocolates. They are known as white chocolate, milk chocolate, and dark chocolate. All made with the three basic ingredients. These ingredients are cocoa butter, cocoa powder, cocoa liquor,and sugar. Milk chocolate is made by adding extra milk. There are many uses for chocolate, some of the most common uses include coating other foods, mostly pastries, molding into other shapes, eating, giving a quick source of energy, and making people happy. This specific chemical is cocoa butter crystals. Cocoa butter crystals have to be destroyed in order for the form V crystals to appear. The cocoa butter crystals are in the form IV crystals. In order to make sure this process is done thoroughly, you have to repeat the melting process many times. Form V crystals start to form just below 35°C, whereas undesirable form IV crystals crystallise out at around 27°C. The perfect size crystals are form V crystals.
