Cell phones are not good for society because they are a constant distraction and an instant connection to the world. Some people can be distracted very easily and tend to keep all attention on just their phones. There are many studies on cell phones. They all prove that we rarely ever communicate with each other and that people play on their phones more. They say that 92% of American adults own a cell phone. Those adults (ages 30 - 49) are most likely to have their cell phone with them frequently (95%).
