Why books are banned?
Why are books banned? There are so many banned and challenged books we do not know why all of these books are banned? Some of these books are banned because of religious purposes or inappropriate scenes in the book. Scary Stories to Tell in The Dark: More Tales to Chill Your Bones is the book that me and my fellow peers chose to do the book report and this book has been banned because of the gore, cannibalism, and horror.
The first reason this book is banned is because of the gore in this book it is very inappropriate for people under the age of 10 or older. It has too much gore for this book to be in school libraries these books are not bad they are just for older people to read. This book would give younger kids nightmares.
