My dr af t is about why animal testing is good. First of all "It is estimated 17 to 22 million vertebrate are used each year in research, education, and testing." Animal testing can be used in many ways and it has so since 500 BC. The most common testing is medical/treatments. This has been able to save millions of lives. If it wasn't for animal testing loved ones would die if they had a serious sickness that had no cure but could be saved if they tried animal testing but because the majority was against it had to be banned. According to Understanding Animal Research it states," Animal research has played a vital part in nearly every medical breakthrough over the last decade."
