The number one question wandering around scientists’ heads these days, is why americans are so obese and what causes it. Most people think we’re overweight because we simply eat too much or we don’t exercise, but there are many everyday things that cause this rapid weight gain. Many people think because it’s “diet” soda that it is better for you than regular soda, and that it will help you lose weight, but that is not the case.
