First, the Electoral College system doesn’t give American’s a “true voice” in voting. Oh sure they show the popular vote on the news after the votes are counted, but it wouldn’t matter unless they show it uses the population’s opinion for the majority of who we want to vote as the President. Secondly, it would be easier than the Electoral College system since it can tie countless times, but since the population grows and decreases every day of eligible voters, it would be harder to get a tie. My final argument is that it is harder for third party representatives, such as the Green party and the Libertarians, wouldn’t get a fair chance since most government officials are either Republicans or
