One of the expectations that Ahura Mazda wanted his followers to comprehend was, “Ahura Mazda required all humans to join in the cosmic struggle against Angra Mainyu” . Zarathushtra preaches this to his disciples it illustrates that Ahura Mazda wants his followers to perform the right decisions. Angra Mainyu is the Hostile Spirit, and Ahura Mazda aims to get rid of this evil deity by teaching his followers the correct decisions that one needs. It’s a necessity that would help human beings to follow the path of righteousness. On the same note, to go against the evil spirit one needs to tell the truth, have good thoughts in the mind and doing good deeds for others. That’s the fundamental focus which differentiates the good people and the bad people. With that said, on the Day of Judgment Ahura Mazda will observe and judge peoples good and bad deeds, to see who can truly reache Ahura Mazda’s expectations.
