Romeo’s infatuation with Juliet is the reason Romeo and Juliet are dead. Romeo is the most to blame for the events that occur in Romeo and Juliet, because he pursued a romantic relationship with Juliet. Although Romeo knew there was a long standing feud between the Capulets and the Montagues he pursued a relationship with Juliet anyway.

“See how she leans her cheek upon her hand.
O, that I were a glove upon that hand
That I might touch that cheek!”

The quote means that Romeo wishes he was the glove on Juliet’s hand. If he were her glove he would be able to feel her cheek. This quote shows the interest Romeo has in Juliet and how he’s so in love with her. Romeo is to blame for the tragic events that occur in Romeo and Juliet. Romeo fell in

In the quote Juliet is warning Romeo that he will die by her kinsmen if he is found there with her. She knew of the dangers of the two of them having a relationship, but she encouraged it anyway. Juliet is also to blame for the tragic events that occur in Romeo and Juliet because she agreed and went along with Romeo in pursuing a relationship. The two of them having a relationships ends up in tragedy for both of them.

Romeo is the character most to blame for the tragic events in Romeo and Juliet because Romeo knew of the ongoing feud between the Montagues and Capulets. However; he still pursued a romantic relationship with Juliet. Both Romeo and Juliet are to blame for their own tragic deaths. Both Romeo and Juliet were involved in a relationship they knew was not going to be accepted. The feud between the Montagues and the Capulets had been going on for many years.
