Who is to blame for the deaths of Romeo and Juliet? The actions of Lord Capulet, Lady Capulet and their feuds between both of their families are what led Romeo and Juliet to their death. The feuds were between the family and people of Juliet and the family and people of Romeo’s family. Juliet is the daughter of Lord and Lady Capulet, Capulet being the Patriarch of the Capulet family and Lady Capulet being Capulets wife. Romeo is the son of Montague, the Patriarch of the Montague family and Lady Montague the wife of Montague.
