Who's To Blame For Smoking An Apology?

Sarah is a five foot, one inch girl with blond hair who would always play basketball after school, every day. However, today she decided not to, for her classmate needed to apologize. It occurred about a week ago when Phyllis Lopez framed Sarah for leaving a jacket in the coat room for over a month. Soon after she received a detention for having no liability over her personal belongings, but afterwards Phyllis asked for the jacket back, which was kind of foolish of her because she just gave herself away and now Sarah is out seeking an apology.
