You will eliminate distraction and enhance focus.
You will not need to wait for exercise equipment.
Parking is not an issue.
Going to the gym takes planning; packing clean clothes and shower sandals, organizing tangled headphones, mandatory hellos and conversations that are time wasters.
Planning pre and post workout meals is more easily done from home. This will free you from the bondage of tupperware, meal prep, and dirty containers at the end of the day.

A “ballistic” on the other hand is quick lift that simultaneously involves quick bursting energy with tension and relaxation.

It is vital in WholeMove to develop a body that can both tense and relax itself in succession. Tension allows our central nervous system to learn how to activate, increasing our bodies strength and power output. Relaxation using our breath is just as important. Relaxation techniques presented in WholeMove allow the trainee to save energy in between bouts of max tension.

It’s important to note that strength and power are hardest attributes to gain as we age. In order to maintain and gain strength and power, the kettlebell allows us a simple and SAFE approach to training. Kettlebell movements are joint friendly, allowing professional athletes and and seniors to train the same movements with success.

WholeMove is designed as a generalist program. WholeMove will teach you the “Strong 7” foundational movements that have carryover to everyday life. The “Strong 7” are movements designed to give you stamina and strength that can improve your performance in recreational activities, or just make your daily life more
