The organizations goals are to combine the lifetime values of the brands that the customers value the most and evaluate it. They value their customers, their employees, and the environment. McGregor’s Theory Y plays a prodigious arrangement amongst Whole Foods ideology regarding employee’s jobs being a natural performance like sleeping and living.
