Challenging yourself to eat healthy is a worthy goal, but that does not mean that you have to automatically subscribe to the most restrictive diet you can find. These diets may have a small percentage of success. In reality though, once the person gets off the diet, the lost poundage usually comes back a hundred-fold.
One of the easiest and less restrictive ways of losing excess weight is to follow the Whole Food Diet. Simply, this diet entails consuming more fresh produce and limiting (or totally avoiding) processed ones. Even without exercise, consuming Whole Food within the recommended portions will help you shed off unwanted pounds, gradually and safely.
