Are we Truly Equal
There are many things wrong with the world. Many people believe teens should wait until a certain age to drink and others think teens should not drink at all. If the president was to lower the drinking law teen’s parents could still tell their child to drink or not, also if something was to happen then most people would not want to come forward because of the consequences, and finally it would help businesses gain more money.
Many Americans believe that people should drink at a young age, while others believe you should wait until twenty-one. Only because that makes it legal to drink. Most teens that live from another country would love to come to America, but families usually drink at the dinner table. Maybe a glass of wine or for a fun time a nice cold beer. America is in huge debt and by doing this it would help because the more people who can drink the more money companies can bring in. Yes people may be thinking, “you are only using these young people just to gain money.” Well this is definitely not true. When you do this you will be helping you child also. Like I said earlier if people come from other countries and try to drink it would not go so well. Doing this could also gain companies even more money ("Top 10 Lists ListLandcom"). Scientists have found out by drinking you are actually increasing your health. It must be a shock but it is all true. Not only could it help gain money but it can help lower coronary heart disease in women and in men. Raising the drinking age has not stopped young people from drinking, also lower than twenty-five percent of teens said when the drinking age was raised they turned to hard drugs. Why let a young teen die from an overdose than to let he or she have a beer here or there
