This issue was a global due to the incident and the causes to the people and to the government. Genocide causes the people a lot problems. People were gone missing, lives were taken away, people were hungry, and people's houses got destroyed. Government should be the one who’s responsible for what had happened because the fact that it was the center for the happenings.
