Teenagers need Munchy’s as a location to eat because there aren’t many other options. All the other nearby options that are affordable are a few unhealthy fast food places. Jones policy they decided to stop giving him their business. In the bar graph you can see how the business from adult plummeted after he posted his policy in the newspaper. I think that the adults realized he was discriminating against these teenagers. When a business decides to ban teenagers at a certain time that affects the parents who were going to eat there with their teenagers. It’s good to see that adults realize the rule is wrong and stopped giving him business.
When Mr. Jones posted his policy in the newspaper he said, “ Aren’t you tired of the endless cellphones, loud music, and messy tables? We promise that you’ll have the quiet lunch that you deserve.” However, he is implying that teenagers are the only ones making all the noise but adults can be loud too. Mostly adults are the ones to answer and talk on their cellphones during a lunch. When Mr. Jones states this he is discriminating against one age group. He assumes that all teenagers are the same and are all on their phones and loud. What Mr. Jones doesn’t think about is that adults are loud as
