After a further understanding of the recording, the HSCA claimed that there was a 95% chance of a second gunman on the grassy knoll. In his article titled, 21 JFK Cops Who Heard a Grassy Knoll Shot, Jefferson Morely exploited unfamiliar evidence “Twenty one officers said their reaction to the gunfire was to go search the area famously known as “the grassy knoll.” A surprising statement by Arnold Rowland was that he saw two secret service agents in the sixth floor window at 12:15pm, along with the fact that nobody had seen Oswald on the sixth floor after 11:55am on this November morning. Also, within these ninety seconds after the shooting, Oswald had to of fired his rifle, hid the rifle across the room, run down four flights of stairs and pass a woman who said she never even saw him. If Oswald were to have been the one to do all of this, one would think this man would have been out of breath when he was found by police officers who said he seemed to be calm.
