“Flaw!” which many of us acquire, it is a symbol that makes us distinctive from others and it gives us personalities of simplicity, clarity, and beauty for its own purpose of God for his creation, which characterizes us. These qualities give our lives power, glow and bless. However, in the story “The Birthmark”, Nathaniel Hawthorne mentions about a beautiful young woman with an insignificant mark, which she considers it charm. Although, the flaw attends her misfortune and it totally ruined her life, because, “In the center of Georgiana’s left cheek there was a singular mark, deeply interwoven, as it were, with the texture and substance of her face”. (Hawthorne 399). This small red birthmark on Georgiana’s cheek in the shape of a tiny hand causes
