One of the biggest upsides of Seth is his contacts with the PowerChip company. The PowerChip deal was the main reason why the company wanted to hire a new senior analyst in the first place. He was also ranked runner up in II, making him a “star”, and a great stock picker, which showed his potential and hard work because it was the first time he had earned a ranking. His interviews went very well, everyone seemed to like his driven attitude, and he also seemed very open to the team atmosphere at RSH. Finally, he did not explicitly mention compensation, making it evident that money was not a concern to him, he just wanted to be the best at what he does. Thus, I believe he fits in very well with the current culture at RSH and also shows great potential to help himself and more importantly the company
