The Lord of the Flies is the most well known novel for british novelist William Golding. the novel is based around what would happen if young school boys were trapped on an island by themselves. one of the biggest conflicts of the book is who is the better leader of the boys Ralph or Jack? Ralph is the better leader because he truly cares about getting the boys off the island and he truly cares about making sure everyone is safe. Ralph is a young boy pushed into a difficult situation because of the plane crash. Ralph is truly a people person because he truly cares about getting off of the island safe and sound while Jack is worried about wanting to be in charge. Jack doesn't want to get off of the island he wants
