I will respond just like any setback situation, which is to evaluate the situation and use my resources as an aid tool. Yes, it’s going to be tough here, but that’s life. For every time I get down, I must get right back up. It’s all about having the right mindset. Priorities. Priorities are the number one way to balancing a life. Never do anything not to your best potential, and eliminate the extra activities that do not involve your goal. Since I am in my first year of college I need to experience what I like and don’t like. I need to also experience the skill of time, that’s why I am involve in so many activities so I can gain a variety of experiences and learning new cultures. As I continue to college at Central I am sure I will have to make decisions to drop a certain RSO or activity, but as for now I am “testing the waters.” I need to have fun every once in a while, as long as you have a balance between family, school, and work. I want to be a meteorologist working, father with a lovely wife by the time I turn 35 years

My primary career interest is in law, with my end goal being a federal judgeship. Within the past year, I have discovered, and not once doubted, my deep-seated passion in following the Supreme Court of the United States and its justices. Chief among the many personal truths I have discovered through my Court watching is that I relish genuine debate and reasoning. Indeed, the idea of sorting through legal texts and briefs while charged with the responsibility to settle a vigorous legal, and perhaps social, debate appeals greatly to me. This appeal is so great that I have, actually, put myself in the shoes of a judge by reading Court opinions – majorities, concurrences, and dissents – in full and extracting my own verdict.…
