Scout finch is one of the main characters of “To Kill A Mockingbird”. The author of this book described the characters with how their personalities are, the different ways and ways things are explained in this book lets the reader know what kind of person each character is. Scout finch is the narrator of the story. She makes the book interesting by how Scout gives us the events from her childhood perspective as she understood them at the time, rather than imposing an adult. Some Other facts about scout, when she was little Scout didn't understand the things happening around her, making her not a good observer in the book. A quote from the book about her saying something about her father is "Our father didn't do anything . . . he never went hunting, he did not play poker or fish or drink or smoke. She thinks that it makes her learning worse. Her teacher was really surprised that she could even read. As a sign of her maturity, though, at the end of the story she realizes that she doesn't have much more to learn "except possibly algebra" and for that she needs the classroom. Scout got bored of waiting for the class to catch up on her level. This young girl tends to face so many issues in this book. One of the really big issues for her is to be “ a lady”. Scout is a tomboy. Sometimes her brother makes fun of her her for "acting like a girl," but other times he complains that she's not girly enough. One thing is that dill wants to marry her. Which is kinda weird cuz most guys at her school are intimidated of her. Scout finch is a very interesting and oddly kind of girl. Throughout this book she goes through many issues and crazy adventures. It is important to know about her in this story because she is what makes the whole book exciting and different.
