Who Is Salva's Sacrifice?

He was tied to a tree and 3 gun shots rang and my heart dropped a long walk to water by linda sue park. salva is a survivor because he was shot at while almost getting drowned. he lost he family, and became a leader to over 200 lost boys.

Salva and all of the other people at the refuge cape were lead out into the desert and forced to get in while being shot at. The refugee camp was forced to shut down because the government fell and they would no longer allow refugees to live in their country. All of the refugees were forced to jump into the river or be shot and once they jumped in the river they open fired upon them salva has a boy on his back and he was forcing salvas head underwater and when salva was about to drown the boy let go and

He rang and he hasn't seen his family for so long. He made a friend on his way to ethiopia and he lost his family to. One day salva found his uncle and 5 days later his friend was not that he was eaten by a lien and all that was left was a puteel of blode by the side of the camp.
Salva his uncle and the group to to ethiopia and they were camping a group of robbers robbed them at gunpoint and tied uncle to a tree that took uncle's gun and shot him 3 time uncle was dead.(pg #7-9 and pg #63-65)
After the refugee camp close and he was forced into the river he was chosen to be a leader to more than 200 boys who were also at the refugee camp he led them to a different camp. Salva never let anyone go hungry and he treated everyone fairly and he never left anyone behind. He was a leader he knows how it felt to be left behind and he doesn't want anyone to feel that was. He shared the food he found and the water with everyone and he made everyone go one even if someone wanted to give up he did not let them he told them just get to that rock then get to that bush get to that tree just like his uncle told to him. If someone wanted to join he would let them he was a true fair and good leader.(pg #
