In the play Romeo and Juliet, written by William Shakespeare, the Nurse is responsible for Romeo and Juliet’s deaths because she helped them learn each other's names, plan Romeo and Juliet’s wedding, and plan another wedding for Juliet while Romeo was away. The Nurse is at fault of Romeo and Juliet’s deaths because, at the party, Juliet asked the Nurse of Romeo’s name, and as did Romeo. If the Nurse did not tell them each other's names they may not have continued to talk. Romeo asked the Nurse for Juliet's name, “Her mother is the lady of the house,” she replied (I.V.112). If the Nurse hadn’t told them each other's names it is likely they may have never met again. The Nurse should be liable for Romeo and Juliet's deaths on account of helping
