Who Is Responsible For Odysseus's Death

In book 11 at the very start one of Odysseus’s fall off of a roof and die, and he wasn't ever buried so when Odysseus was in the underworld the guy that died had a spirit and it requested that he would have a proper grave. So Odysseus went back up to the mainland and went back to where his friend, crew died and made a grave at that grave they sacrificed 2 animals one was a ram and the other was a ewe. They put the blood into the grave. Also in book 12 when Odysseus and his crew finally makes it to a island they are hunger and tired, Odysseus remembers when he was in the underworld they told him not to eat the cows of helio. So he told his men multiple times not to eat the cows but they didn't care so they did it when Odysseus was asleep. The
