Born October 2nd, 1997; One of her earliest memories is when her dad was teaching them karate in the kitchen, Amber hit him straight in the crotch and he said you hit the bullseye you are the nut cracker. Dad would speak Spanish to sister and she would start laughing and he would say in Spanish what do I look like a donkey. She respects the hell out of her parents does not take anything they give her for granted because she knows that even something like 5 dollars could go towards the house and not her. Unlike most parents in the projects Ambers parents spent money on the two sisters and made sure they had everything they could possibly need in life. Her last name Beauvais Comes from France and the story behind it is that one of her older relatives stole it from some French guy. She is loud like her mother, but stubborn like her father. She feels that due to her persistence she was able to get ahead in life. Ambers favorite Book is Green Angel written by Alice Hoffman because she feels that she has a lot in common with the main character. Her favorite movie is My Neighbor Totoro by Studio Gibbli because of its humor and the way it reminds her of home. She told me that two people she admires the most are Rosa Parks, and Martin Luther King because they stood up for what they believed in and through all odds made a difference. She told me that if she could have three wishes she would want her Sister to have a secure life, for her parents to have a long happy life, and for her friends to be happy. When asked what she would with one million dollars she had exclaimed that she would pay off college debts for both her and her sister and then give the rest of the money to her parents.
