Who Is Julius Caesar Noble

Brutus once said, "As he was valiant, I honour him ; but, as he was ambitious, I slew him" (3.2.24-26). Brutus a high ranking nobleman joins a conspiracy that later kills Caesar. His sense of honor motivates him through to the end ,but also it is his weakness. He thinks his fellow society is high minded like him. This makes it easy to manipulate Brutus throughout the play. The noble Brutus could be characterized as the main protagonist due to the dawning realization of what the conspirators have done to Caesar and the infamous Shakespearean tragic flaw incorporated within Brutus's nature. One of the major settings in Julius Caesar is Caesars death. Brutus joins a conspiracy that hates Caesar, and who is eager kill him. "I will do so. Till then, think of the world. Well, Brutus, thou art noble. Yet I see Thy honorable mettle may be wrought from that it is disposed"(1.2.302-305). When Caesar comes home with a victory, Cassius is upset because he is not fawned of Caesar due to Caesar becoming king. Cassius then decides to take his left hand man ,Brutus, in and devise a plan. Brutus and Cassius army is at thier peak. The soldiers are drained and almost done. Both Brutus and Cassius know its the end.
