Juliet shares many traits with a stereotypical modern day teenage girl. For instance, she is completely irrational because (a) she fell in love with a boy after one conversation, (b) she insists upon marrying him and only him, not considering anyone else, and (c) Juliet faked her death to get out of marrying Paris. Juliet is hopelessly in love with Romeo and will drop everything for him, including her own life and relationship with her family. At 13, this girl is obviously too young to make her own decisions, but she won't listen to her parents. She is also very irrational because she just will not marry Paris, he is simply not Romeo and so he can just go away. Also, Juliet is rebellious,
