In Crucible Arthur Miller, Abigail Williams is a character that express the worldly things and honest women, Later she became the liar and wicked women that no one can trust her.
Abigail William is an honest women and nice in the beginning of the play. She admitting her unusual behavior in forest. Abigail conversation with John Proctor showing that she is a worldly mind women that the other women in the Salem “Abigail. Uncle, we did dance let you tell them I confessed it.”(Miller 142). “Abigail. Give me a word, John. A soft word” (Miller 149).These quotes showing that Abigail tell the truth that happened in forest to Parris and trying to be nice women in the beginning the play and her conversation make her a worldly women.
